My thoughts:
I prefer this primer to others I've tried. This one feels much more moisturizing, so I don't feel the need to wear moisturizer too. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin and I don't notice the slippery feeling you get with other primers. What's really cool is that it comes with both a pump and a dropper, so I'm certain that there will be no wasted product in the end. That's a really important aspect when purchasing a product that costs more. You want to be able to use every last drop and get the most out of it that you can. Lastly, I notice that my foundation applies smoothly and blends nicely when wearing this primer.

This primer is a truly unique product. It's a black primer for lashes. It comes with a skinny wand, which helps to coat the full length of your lashes. It also enables your lash line to look a lot fuller because it fills in empty spots and creates an eyeliner effect. You can use this on its own or under your favorite mascara. My thoughts:
I've raved about this product before and I still love it. It's seriously incredible. Even though it's considered a "primer" I can totally wear it on my lashes without anything else, even without eyeliner. It really does create a tightline effect. I would have to say this product is my favorite from IT Cosmetics!
